HOW TO DO IT: While in the Tea Room later in the game, it is actually possible to fall and glitch to the 3rd floor balcony. The video is from december so it's pretty new. Nice discovery I must say. He was in the Tea Room and he was on the ceiling. Just as he was getting hit by a plate, he stepped on the down arrow and he glitched to the balcony.
However, it's not possible to fight Boolossus cuz you wouldn't have the ice power. But still cool!

I have an emulation glitch that, I MAKED AN SAVE STATE for sucking up Slim Bankshot (as he is one of the hard ghosts to catch). After, I accidentally loaded it with the incorrect iso but still working. After I 1 cycle the ghost and the room lights show up, AN STRANGE GLITCHED MUSIC START TO PLAY. VERY ODD. What I assume to be an "corrupted" version of the Luigi whistling music, as it is the wrong iso. Video showing REAL GLITCH:

I know a guy who found a glitch in the PAL version on emulator where luigi just stands in the floor in the Projection Room and can't move. He was a guy from LBM and his username is chickenman.
(Can be replicated by going in the elevator in the clockwork room while one of the door's for the elevator is slightly out of place. you will go down instead of up.)

EDIT: okay it has downloaded... well then, that's a strange noise! I thought it'd be an actual video. Idk if that'd really be a "glitch". some emulation glitch. cuz they try to imitate the real thing.

I was using an AR code "unlock all doors", so I don't have to play a lot just to show an mere screenshot...Howewer, the required ghost did not appear, so I haved to go through a lot of rooms to refresh the spaws, including the Mirror Room. I have go through this room but the doors become locked by these spikes. Because I noticed I was able to pass even with these spikes, I exited the room to not waste time. But oddly, these spikes continued even if I exited the room.

Don't worry about any cheating guys, this can happen without any cheat required. (Only the Hp mLife's hack I used to discover this but anyways, this is a glitch.)
