You are again ignoring me, I have told you exactly why what you are explaining is happening, so I will reiterate: The reason your bti's are coming out bigger is because of a difference in image format. Look here for a second if you will wiki.tockdom.com/wiki/Image_Formats, different image formats (first byte of a bti) have a different number of bits per pixel so if the bti you made uses say RGB565 when the original used I4, of course its going to be bigger because RGB565 is 16 bits (2 bytes) per pixel and I4 is only 4 bits (1/2 a byte) per pixel. This is why your BTI files are coming out bigger than the original- not because nintendo uses magic or the tools suck. I don't even need to address what you said about rarc because your rarcs are only bigger due to whats in them being bigger (the BTIs).

Okay. Thanks for showing me your impressive compression methods not posted earlier. I'm also not ignoring anyone, you just didn't go into further detail about the compression thing. That's about it.

I told you in my first post lmfinish, quote "Make sure when editing btis that the bti format you are converting to is the same one the original image uses (check if the first bytes match)". Try again.
In terms of the technical stuff, everything I posted is accurate and sources were provided.

Uh, what? Wasn't this already settled?
Also, if that goes to me too, Spacecats, I don't think I'm smarter than you or everyone else. I didn't ignore anyone's post, you didn't go further detail before as you did in your first post in this page and then just picked everything I had about that from my knowledge. I also know that I could have searched for it for myself, but I didn't even have any idea that the site was the justification for what you told me. I didn't know about that and reiterated what you told me for yourself to pad with zero. That's just about it, I didn't ignore anyone. I did read everything.

There's some stretchs that include "RARC" this picture is the first, is this a correct? And what is "FOURCC"?

Yep, thats the fourcc. A fourcc is a "four character code" which is basically just a 4 character string to identify certain files. Try to find the top level rarc (it would be the first occurance of rarc in the dol) and follow my directions from there.

I'm pretty sure those textures are in the compressed ARC. If not, they're probably strings scattered around the .dol. Try looking a bit further and then post back.

"Kurrumu"? What the heck is that? Also there's no tool or program currently avaliable made to open those files (except BIN which you can easily view them with arookas' Demolisher BIN viewer). BAS are sound linkers that basically gather info from Jailnit.aaf to make characters and stuff have most of their sounds and voices and are only editable/openable via hex, and ANM is assumingly a type of unknown animation file if you take the extension name into consideration. Anyways most of the stuff you got in there obviously aren't related to the stuff you're searching for except I got bit curious about the first picture. Can you possibly tell me which directory is that one or where that data is from?

Ah, I see. I looked it up but sorry--opening files of that sort isn't that easy as just picking a popular program and throwing a file in. Anyways, yep I know it's obviously in the root, but which directory (like for example root\genericdir1\genericdir2)?
