- Is there Anyway to Replace Music (Title Screen, Clear Jingle) & SE?
- Is it possible to remove ghosts from rooms?
- Is It Possible to Replace the Models of a ghost?
Just asking These questions for a Project I'm working on

Yup.
You can only replace existing models in the game, any other model that came from a third party source wont be accepted.

Okay., lemme go into further detail because this seems rushed.
1. Currently it's unknown if you can make a certain BGM play in place of another--but your best workout for the sounds would be just replacing BAS sound linker files. As I already said, if a specific sound has no BAS for it, then have fun messing with the sound ID short for hours to make that specific sound play. Importing music or new sounds aren't possible because the BMS sequences LM uses are in a different format than SMS/the soundbanks can't be repacked.
2. Yeah, you can easily remove entries for ghosts in the enemyinfo JMP (info files). Your best bet for opening and editing those would be iNfoFR.
3. You can swap *only* existing model files or archives that already are in the game's data (Not the case for BMD models). Since most characters and other objects use MDL/BIN, you cannot import models of your own--because those formats are just hell.
