Just delete or swap around the txp files in the model file and it will make the ghost white. From there you can modify it's color any way you like.

You can use www.hexcolortool.com/ to generate hex colors, though I dont know why you would want to because the param editor literally does the same thing as changing the hex. Its 4 bytes and split up into 4 parts, first byte is r, second g, third b, and fourth is a (for alpha). The way the param editor reads the value is the same exact thing as hex editing it, there is no benefit to using hex in this scenario.
