Event Info File Documentation Activation

This is a very specific group for one value that has to do with Info Files.
It is the last 3 values that are linked in eventinfo files that this is affected by.


Here we go:
24: always activated, repeatedly.
25: activated with the A button when in range & direction
30: activates within radius
5: activate only on ground (maybe)
13: activates once when in area.
